FocalTech to create a human rights-respecting and friendly working environment, Duntai Electronics adheres to the principles of international human rights conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Covenant, the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights of Work, recognizing and respecting universal basic human rights. The company is committed to fulfilling the following commitments: respecting freedom of association, caring for vulnerable groups, prohibiting child labor, eliminating all forms of forced labor and employment discrimination, preventing any human rights violations, and promoting gender equality and fair treatment of all employees.

The human resources department will monitor and take corresponding measures at any time.
