We have set up an employee suggestion box and complaint hotline to provide employees with a platform to voice their opinions on human rights-related issues. The human resources department will monitor and take corresponding measures at any time. In addition, we conduct risk assessment procedures to identify human rights-related hazards and respond to risks every year.
