In order to fulfill corporate social responsibility and comply with international conventions, we have formulated a human rights code with reference to international conventions such as the United Nations International Labor Organization and the United Nations Global Compact.
 

  • No Child Labor: No one under the age of 15, or the age for compulsory education, or the minimum age for employment in the country shall be employed.
  • Humane treatment: Employees shall not be treated inhumanely, including any form of sexual harassment, sexual assault, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion.
  • Non-discrimination: Employees shall not be discriminated against in recruitment or actual work based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or national origin, disability, pregnancy, belief, political stance, group background, veteran status, protected genetic information or marital status.

  • Health and Safety: Minimize the incidence of work-related injuries and illnesses, provide a safe and healthy working environment, and improve the quality of products and services, production stability, and employee loyalty and morale.
  • Occupational safety: Continuous safety knowledge training controls workplace safety hazards (such as electricity and other energy sources, fire, vehicles and fall hazards or accidents) to avoid endangering employees.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Potential emergencies and incidents should be identified and assessed, and their impact minimized through the implementation of emergency plans and response procedures, including: emergency reporting, employee notification and evacuation plans, employee training and drills, appropriate fire detection and suppression equipment, adequate evacuation facilities, and recovery plans.
  • Sanitation and accommodation: Workers should be provided with clean toilet facilities, clean drinking water, and sanitary cooking utensils, food storage facilities and tableware.
  • Environment: Reduce adverse impacts on communities, the environment, and natural resources while protecting public health and safety.
  • Hazardous substances: Our company is an IC design industry without a production plant and does not produce any hazardous substances. However, we still pay attention to identifying and managing chemical substances and other substances that may cause harm when released into the surrounding environment.

  • Integrity management: Implement and enforce the established integrity management and professional ethics code.

 

 

In 2024, no incidents of discrimination, child labor, or forced labor occurred, and no major related complaints were found.
